Jim Dowse, CEO
Jim Dowse is the CEO of FileShred. Jim has over 30 years’ of experience in the document management and document shredding industry and runs FileShred with its’ president and his son Peter. Since we are a family-owned local business we have a vested interest in providing the residents and businesses in our community with the best shredding service possible. Jim recognized that there was a need for a better and more convenient document shredding service that provided customers with shredding services when they needed it Monday through Saturday and FileShred was born. Jim is also a CSDS, Certified Secure Destruction Specialist. This is the highest individual certification for an individual in the document shredding industry.
Peter Dowse, President
Peter Dowse is the President and one of the founders of FileShred. Peter’s background is in the financial service and security industry before starting FileShred. Peter’s experience has always given him an opportunity to meet and service individuals and businesses in his community. Peter used that experience to ask individuals and businesses what they were looking for in a shredding service. The number one answer was shredding when it was convenient for them and Next Day document shredding became the focus of FileShred.
